A soothing 60 minute class focused on gaining flexibility and mental clarity, DEFINE mindoffers the best of physical rejuvenation with all of the benefits of meditation. The first 40 minutes are focused on yoga and myofascial release techniques to melt away stress and tightness in the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and more. We close each class with a seated meditation to allow all the benefits of the physical practice to integrate through all layers of the body, mind, and spirit.
