What is Define Living?
Define Living is a wellness-focused apartment community offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, that is designed to support your wellbeing — your body, your mind, and your life. We combine elevated living spaces with curated experiences, fitness classes, cooking classes, meditation classes and community connection to help you thrive.
Where are you located?
We’re currently located in Houston, TX, with new communities coming soon. All of our properties are thoughtfully chosen to blend urban convenience with natural surroundings.
What is included in the wellness programs?
Becoming a resident includes full access to all of Define Living’s wellness amenities—from our boutique fitness and cycling studios to our infrared sauna, cold plunge, and fully equipped gym. Enjoy meditation and cooking classes, weekly movement and mindfulness sessions, and personalized support from our Resident Wellbeing Manager. Whether poolside, at the courtyard, or in the studio, every detail is designed to help you thrive.
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online directly through our website or schedule a tour with our leasing team. We’ll guide you through the application process step-by-step.
What are your lease terms?
We offer flexible lease terms, typically ranging from 6 to 15 months (?). Speak with a leasing specialist to find the term that works best for you.
Are the wellness classes included in rent?
Yes! All of our signature wellness classes and community events are included as part of the Define Living experience.
Do you offer corporate apartments?
Yes, we do. Define Living offers fully furnished corporate apartments with flexible lease terms—perfect for short-term stays, relocations, or extended business travel. Contact our leasing team to learn more about availability and options.
Do you allow pets?
Absolutely—we love pets! We’re a pet-friendly community with a pet policy designed to ensure comfort for all residents. Reach out for details on breed and size guidelines.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at Define Living. It helps protect your personal belongings and provides liability coverage. Proof of coverage must be provided before move-in. If you need guidance on providers or coverage requirements, our leasing team is happy to help.

Current Residents

When is rent due, and is there a late fee?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If not received by the 3rd, it is considered late and a daily late fee will be applied starting on the 4th. We recommend setting up automatic payments through the resident portal to avoid late charges.
What is the parking policy?
Parking is open to all residents with a valid parking permit. Please make sure to register your vehicle, as unregistered or unidentified cars may be subject to towing. Covered and garage parking (available at select locations) are offered as premium options for an additional monthly fee. Contact the leasing office to check availability or to upgrade to an assigned space. Reminder: Please ensure your guests park in designated visitor parking areas to avoid being towed.
Can I have guests stay with me?
Yes! Guests are welcome. If they’re staying overnight for more than 3 days, we ask that you notify management. Guests are welcome at most community events unless otherwise noted.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Log in to your resident portal or mobile app to submit a request 24/7. For emergencies (like leaks or no A/C), call the on-call maintenance line.
Who do I contact if I have a concern or suggestion?
Our team is always here to help. You can email us directly or use the resident app to share feedback or schedule a time to chat.
What time does the pool open and close?
The pool opens at 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
How many elevators does the property have and where are they located?
We have 3 elevators: 2 at the front of the building on each end and 1 at the back of the building, located in the middle close to the big parking area.
How many days a week does valet trash come and what are the requirements and times?
Valet trash is picked up 7 days a week. Please have trash outside your door from 5:00 pm–7:00 pm. Collections will start after 7pm. Please make sure all boxes are broken down and placed behind the trash can and trash bags are tied completely closed. There is a dumpster located in the back corner of the building for larger boxes; furniture should NOT be left in this area.
How does parking work at Define Living at Brittmoore?
Residents are required to register their automobiles through Apartmentspermits.com and put in your plate as your permit and park anywhere, except covered parking unless you pay for covered parking. Please do not park in handicap parking without the placard being clearly shown; the car still has to be registered. Guests are required to register their vehicles as well through Apartmentspermits.com and park along the wooden fence between the dog park and the dumpster. There are several red and white signs with QR codes for your guest(s) to register.
Where are my packages left?
We offer Package Concierge in the hallway between our office and the business center.
When is rent due? What is the late fee schedule?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid at the office or you can pay online with the Loft dashboard. Rent is considered late after the 3rd of the month. Late fees are $75 on the morning of the 4th and continue to charge $10 per day until your balance is paid in full.
What should I do if I have an emergency work order after the office closes?
Call the office number at 713-405-1970 and follow the voice prompts and you will be directed to our on-call service. What is considered an emergency:
  • No Heating or Cooling
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Toilet not flushing if there is only 1 toilet in the apartment
  • Water leaking from ceiling or sprinkler lines
  • No electricity in apartment (unless power out in the area)

How do I register for wellness classes?
Class registration is available via our resident app or online portal. Simply log in, view the class calendar, and reserve your spot!
